1. When will my order be shipped?
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to process your order within 1 business day from the date of your order. The products typically ship from the warehouse within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped out from the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking.
2. How do I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order ships with tracking. You can also click on our shipping and delivery page and then on the "track my order" link. Enter order number and the tracking information will be presented. If you lost your order number just contact us for quick assistance.
3. Shipping time:
Our warehouses are located around the world. For orders in the United States, it will normally take 3-14 days. For International orders, please allow 5-25 days (25 days being rare, in case the items go through multiple international customs checks).
4. Refunds and Returns
We accept refunds within 30 days for damaged or incorrect products.

9. Why are VF Leggings and products so affordable compared to other stores?
We believe in comfortable attire that doesn't hurt your budget. Everybody deserves to wear awesome leggings and other workout attire at an amazing price! We only choose the highest quality products at the best prices to bring to you in our store. Vintage Flame doesn't believe in passing every cost to the customer so we have an efficient business model that lets you buy more for less money!
10. Import Tax and Duty Fees?
Vintage Flame customers are worldwide. Sometimes import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination countries customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. For further details on charges, please contact your country's customs office.
11. My package shows delivered, but I still have not received it.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered the the next day but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
